Our one-off webinars help support anyone who feels they might benefit from a first step in managing their current difficulties. Webinars can often be a helpful first step as they can help gain some understanding of the problems we might be facing. Participants learn techniques and skills to help manage difficulties themselves.

Coping with Long Term Conditions in Times of Uncertainty

Coping with the current Covid-19 pandemic can have a severe impact on our anxiety and mood levels, which can add extra pressures to management of our physical health. Individuals with physical health presentations may experience further elevated anxiety levels due to being at a greater risk of developing Covid-19 symptoms. This webinar focuses on learning new ways of managing our emotions as well as finding new ways to adapt and manager our physical health using CBT (Coginitive Behavioural Therapy) principles.

Improving Motivation

There can be times when our motivation levels are low. Normally, we are able to pick ourselves up after a while and get back on track. Sometimes, we get stuck in this cycle of low motiviation and find it hard to get out. This workshop looks at what affects motivation, helps to identify unhelpful patterns of behaviour and explores how to increase motivation through behavioural changes.
