Patient Feedback is hugely important to us. We would like to hear about your experience of the service, as well as any ideas you may have on how the service can develop.

Two of our members from our fabulous Working Together Group at Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service worked on a project that looked into increasing the number of PEQs (Patient Experience Questionnaires) received. Part of this work involved agreeing how we would feed back to our patients any updates from their comments made on the PEQ's and the Patient Noticeboard was created.
This space will allow us to update our patients regularly on the great work that they are involved in and what the service is currently working on to improve your journey and experience.
If you think that a family member or friend is not themselves recently, they may be quieter than usual or tearful and you are worried about them, encourage them to refer to our service there are many ways that we can help.
Be part of the conversation to help shape our service for the future. We know that the people who use the service have a better understanding of a patients journey from referral to recovery. If you don't tell us how we can improve we can't always know

What does it look like?
We have had to adapt our way of working to ensure that we can still deliver a great service to our patients. You can now have your therapy sessions with a therapist from the comfort of your home via a digital link on your mobile or laptop.
All patients are welcome. Simply contact us on 01234 880400 and ask to speak to our People Participation Champion.
