The Trust has joined the national Veterans Covenant Healthcare Alliance (VCHA), a group of more than 50 providers aiming to improve the healthcare veterans receive from the NHS.
Part of the work will focus on understanding how veterans and the armed forces community use health and social care services and how they can be connected with services to meet their needs.

This space will allow us to update our patients regularly on the great work that they are involved in and what the service is currently working on to improve your journey and experience.

Patient Feedback is hugely important to us. We would like to hear about your experience of the service, as well as any ideas you may have on how the service can develop.
Click on the note to view some Testimonials from our patients (therapist names have been removed for confidentiality reasons).
If you think that a family member or friend is not themselves recently, they may be quieter than usual or tearful and you are worried about them, encourage them to refer to our service there are many ways that we can help.

Be part of the conversation to help shape our service for the future. We know that the people who use the service have a better understanding of a patients journey from referral to recovery. If you don't tell us how we can improve we can't always know
