Join us for a variety of sociable and relaxing activities to help improve your feelings of wellbeing. Open to all – just turn up.
Creative Art Activities – Drop In – 1pm to 4pm
Art & Crafts, mindful colouring and drawing. Traditional table-top games including Chess, Jigsaws, Dominoes and Scrabble.
Mindful Yoga – 1.30pm to 2.30pm
Join Alex for relaxing Yoga sessions. All are welcome to join, no experience needed. Mats are provided. Suitable for ages 17+
Tea Party Poetry – 2.30pm to 4pm
Give voice to your thoughts and emotions in poetry writing sessions with Satwinder. No experience needed. Not suitable for young children.
Wellbeing Walk – 3pm to 4pm
Meet in reception for a gentle stroll along the river.
