Coronavirus (Covid19)

THE GOVERNMENT HAVE ADVISED THAT YOU NEED TO:-

STAY AT HOME
* Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (but only if you cannot work from home)
* If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times
* Wash you hands as soon as you get home for 20 seconds with soap and warm water or hand sanitiser

Do not meet others, even friends or family. You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.

If you are feeling unwell with a cough, difficulty breathing or fever use the NHS 111 online Coronavirus service or call NHS 111. Visit www.gov.uk/coronavirus for more information and either email Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service on elt-tr.bedfordiapt@nhs.net or call 01234 880400, if you are unable to attend your appointment.

The Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service is constantly adapting and trialing new ways to continue to deliver an efficient and effective service to our patients. We are very much open and accepting referrals. The best way to refer is to click on the “Get Started” tab above and “Click to begin”. Once you have completed and submitted the referral form a member of the Admin Team will contact you to complete the referral and book you into a assessment appointment with a therapist on a day and time that is convenient for you.  We are currently prioritising all NHS and Care Workers.

We are also running free Webinar sessions “Mental Wellbeing in Times of Uncertainty” and “Staying well whilst adjusting to COVID-19 lockdown”.   The Webinars can be viewed using a computer/laptop, tablet or mobile device. They will be a presentation with a selection of slides and attendees only need to watch and listen.

To register you simply need to email the service at elt-tr.bedfordiapt@nhs.net and a member of the team will contact you to book you in.
